Subject Raising Money

Date Sat May 29 2004 08:12
Author RB Lynn (rb@positivethought.com)

There are plenty of people who have raised the money to make it happen. Why don't you ask everyone you know for ideas. Ask your language teachers, your Rotary Club, church, etc. I know around here restaurants will let you have a fund raiser, based on how many people you bring to the restaurant on one certain day. Restaurants like Baja Fresh, Krispy Kreme, and Taco Cabana. Ask for money instead of presents for bday and holidays. Also one way we sell it is if you won't be on your parents car insurance for a year, that will save about $2000. If you go to a country to learn a language you may also be able to come back and test out of 15+ hrs of credit depending on how hard you study and how much you pick up.
