It looks like Jordan is interested in a semester exchange this year. Normally it is a full year program, but I understand this is the first year for them and that's how they want to get started.
Why do you only want to go for a semester. I suggest going for the year as at 1/2 way you're just getting jamming on the language, you might miss holidays, and will miss much of the experience.
